The Sculpt Series

Part of Sorēlle’s Sculpt Series: refined movement, targeted strength, intentional form. This class zeroes in on glutes, abs, and obliques through controlled, low-impact movements. Expect an intentional burn that tones, lifts, and strengthens while keeping form precise and elevated.

Jump Series

A cardio-infused reformer class using the jump board attachment for light, spring-based plyometrics. Elevates heart rate while staying joint-friendly, blending endurance training with core-centered Pilates.
