By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership or class pack, and/or participating in any classes or activities at Sorēlle Pilates & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Booking & Attendance

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time so we can get you settled.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the class to ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all participants.
• Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class to avoid losing the class credit or incurring a late cancellation fee ($10).
• No-shows will result in the loss of the class credit plus a $10 no-show fee.
• Private Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session credit.

3. Memberships & Class Packs

• All memberships are auto-renewed monthly.
• Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Membership cancellations must be requested by email at least 14 days before your next billing date.
• Class packs have a 3-month expiration from the date of first use.

4. Studio Etiquette

• Phones should be silenced and stored away during class.
• Please wipe down your reformer and any props after class.
• Respect the space and the community — kindness and encouragement go a long way.
• Personal belongings are your responsibility. Sorēlle is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Health & Safety

• Please let your instructor know about any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.
• Participation in classes is at your own risk — by attending, you confirm you are physically able to participate.
• If you are pregnant, medical clearance from your healthcare provider is recommended before attending.

6. Waitlist Policy

• When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will receive a notification by text/email.

• You’ll have 10 minutes to confirm your spot. If you decline or don’t respond, the space will automatically be offered to the next person in line.

• Once you confirm and are added to the class, our standard late cancel / no-show policy applies.
