Absolutely. Our Reformer Foundation classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you feel confident from your very first session. You don’t need any prior experience — just comfortable clothing and an open mind.
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing and bringing a water bottle. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene — you can bring your own or purchase them in the studio.
Reformer Foundation is perfect for beginners or those returning to movement — we focus on alignment, core strength, and building confidence. Reformer Flow is for those with some Pilates experience, with more dynamic sequences and transitions.
With just 12 reformers in the studio, every class feels personal. You’ll have the space, attention, and guidance you need to move safely, effectively, and with confidence.
Yes. Private reformer sessions give you one-on-one time with an instructor to focus entirely on your goals and needs.
At this time, memberships and class packs are non-transferable and cannot be paused. We recommend choosing the option that best fits your schedule.
We ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that class credit.

Many women continue Pilates during pregnancy or recovery, but it’s essential to check with your healthcare provider first. Please let your instructor know before class so we can offer modifications.
